Stock cassette deck in an 01 3-series. I got a "Tape Error" display this morning and now it is saying "No Tape" and the tape won't eject. Any thoughts?

Sun, April 20, 2008 - 5:38 PMIt actually came out shortly after I posted the question. Taking a factory cassette player out of one of these is a last ditch effort, so I'm glad it didn't come to that.
